JEFF OLSON: Sunrise On The Potomac

Two gulls guard the end of a dock jutting into the Potomac River in the Old Town section of Alexandria, Va. Old Man Winter has been largely absent these past months in northern Virginia, as that part of the state enjoyed a record 68 degrees Sunday.
