The University of North Dakota women’s basketball team held Western Illinois University to less than 75 points for the first time this season en route to a 78-67 victory Tuesday night in the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. UND, 3-5 on the season, was paced by junior Makailah Dyer, who led all scorers with 21 points. Senior Mia Lloyd added 13 points and 11 rebounds for her third double-double of the season. Sophie Reichelt led WIU (6-4) in scoring with 17 points, while Taylor McClintock added 11 points and Taylor Higginbotham scored 10. UND senior Kelsey Knox had a career-high-tying seven rebounds, six points, two steals and an assist.
