Photographer Russ Hons recently was in New York City, where he had a chance to visit the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, which commemorate the September 11, 2001 attacks that killed 2,977 victims, and the World Trade Center bombing of 1993 in which six were killed. One World Trade Center (also known as the Freedom Tower) is the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan and is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. It has the same name as the North Tower of the original World Trade Center, which was completely destroyed in the 9/11 terrorists attacks. Here are some of the images that caught his eye.
