The third annual HollyDazzle Festival of Life was held Nov. 29 in downtown Grand Forks. Sponsored by the Downtown Development Association and Leighton Broadcasting, the event featured activities for kids, a parade and a fireworks display. (Check out more photos from Russ Hons here.)
