Geno Crandall scored a game-high 25 points to lead the University of North Dakota men’s basketball team to a 89-79 Big Sky Conference win over Weber State University on Saturday afternoon in Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. Crandall added nine rebounds and eight assists for the Fighting Hawks, who improved to 2-4 in the Big Sky and 6-11 overall. Kienan Walter had a career-high 16 points, while Cortez Seales chipped in 15 points and Marlon Stewart 14 points. Jerrick Harding led the Wildcats (3-2 BSC, 10-7 overall) with 22 points and Michal Kozak added 18. UND returns to action Tuesday with a nonconference game at North Dakota State University.
