Lexi Klabo scored 27 points and added 11 rebounds but it wasn’t enough as Western Illinois University women’s basketball team handed the University of North Dakota a 92-80 loss Sunday afternoon in Betty Engelstad Sioux Center in Summit League play. Olivia Kaufmann led all scorers with 28 points, one of five players in double figures for the Leathernecks (6-12 overall, 2-3 Summit), who scored 62 second-half points. Jill Morton (12) and Claire Orth (11) joined Klabo in double-figure scoring for the Fighting Hawks (8-10, 3-2 Summit).
