No recipe. Hutterite chicken first and foremost. Cook for hours to create chicken stock. Remove chicken. Add chopped celery, onion and carrots. I then add cubes of raw potatoes … then cream. Lots of it. After the potatoes have cooked. Mix knoephla noodle recipe as follows: 6 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 8 to 10 cups flour. Mix … make little rolled cigars and snip into boiling water. When they float, they are done. If not using right away rinse in cold water and freeze in quart bags. Add knoephla to soup. Add seasonings. DONE!!
P.S. Jill puts the chicken meat back into the soup at some point before serving. Her lefse is to die for.
