Jackie Qualley Brodshaug grew up, married and raised a family on a farm near Fargo. As her four children finished school, she started college, eventually earning a master’s degree from MSUM, Moorhead. Beyond the farm, she has served on the West Fargo (N.D.) School Board, as a District 13 West Fargo Dem-NPL legislator and on several nonprofit boards. She is currently finishing a memoir but can’t seem to get politics out of her system.
