True freshman John Santiago ran for 152 yards and two touchdowns and inside linebacker Will Ratelle had 15 tackles — 12 of them solo — to lead the University of North Dakota to a 31-24 Big Sky Conference football win over UC Davis Saturday in the Alerus Center in Grand Forks. The victory gives UND a 1-0 conference record (3-1 overall). David dropped to 0-1 in conference play and 0-4 overall.
