Quinton Hooker picked up where he left off Thursday (he scored a record-setting 38 points in a victory over Portland State University) with a 34-point performance in the University of North Dakota men’s basketball team’s 97-71 rout of Sacramento State University on Saturday in Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. Hooker was 11-for-12 from the field for the Fighting Hawks, who upped their Big Sky Conference record to 10-6 (15-12 overall). Drick Berstine chipped in 12 points for UND, and Corey Baldwin and Dustin Hobaugh each scored 11. Justin Strings led the Hornets, 11-16 overall and 4-12 in the BSC, with 26 points.
